MAGNOLIA TILDA WITH HEART PHONE

HELLO EVERYONE

 

Thanks' for dropping by today. I managed to finish colouring "Tilda with Heart Phone" and thought I would show you how it turned out. I love this latest collection from Magnolia.
The "World Wide Web" stamps are lovely and although
I only have three at the moment, I am sure to
 be adding to them.

 These are Magnolia papers that I have had for ages. I used  a set of Go Kreate dies to cut the shape, adding gesso round the edges. I decoupaged a little bird onto one of the tags, added  a string of pearls round the image and across the top layer, then pearl lace across the card finishing with

a shabby bark heart at the bottom.

 

 I used distress re-inkers to colour.

 

The notebook edge has been cut with a Joy Craft die, the bubbles with a Memory Box die and the tags on the right are Magnolia Doo Hickey. The leaves are Marianne and the flowers are from my stash.

 

I hope you like her. She coloured up first time and I can't wait to do it over again.

Tildas' Town Challenge ~Use Your Stash

 

The clocks altered last night and we have a whole extra hour of crafting today, Yay! I had nearly finished colouring  my new "Tilda With Heart Phone" yesterday when the darkness took over ...

So, on to the new challenge at Tildas' Town.

This week it's Use Your Stash.

My stash is huge!

 

 

This card was made with Loves Me, Loves Me Not Tilda who is coloured with distress re-inkers and has been stitched and inked. The card is an easel and the tag opens to reveal a message.

The ribbon and flowers are from the Ribbon Girl, I always carry lots of them in my stash. And the dies too, They range from Marianne, Magnolia, Joy Craft and Go Kreate, but I have lots in my stash and use them all the time. Another thing I always have is Maja Paper. I adore the muted colours and the way they inter mix and match.

I hope you enjoyed the weekend. My card today uses AMY by Sylvia Zet. As usual she is coloured with distress inks.
 

 

These papers are the last of my Sofiero Limited collection from Maja, sob... I wish they would print more. I loved them SO much! All ribbon and embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl and the shaped card was made with  GoKreate dies and I have stitched the layers.

 

This is just a quick post for now. I will be back later in the week.

MAGNOLIA - TILDA IN THE GARDEN

Thank you for popping by today. It's a Spring solstice this morning and I'm looking forward to sunny days ahead.

It's been so cold here in London this week!

 

 I was thinking of Spring when I made this card.
 I chose "Tilda in the Garden" from the Little London Collection. She has been coloured using distress re-inkers onto Langton watercolour paper.  The gorgeous raspberry Maja papers have been cut with GoKreate dies, inked and stitched. Other dies are Magnolia and Joy Craft.

 Glamour dust is visable onto her dungarees and she had to have a pink spade because... She is Tilda!

 The tag is held in an envelope, tucked inside so it can be easily removed for a message. The lace and ribbons can be found at the Ribbon Girl.

OK, so that's about it for now.

 I am eagerly awaiting the new All About Magnolia Challenge. I am tempted to enter the DT call.  I'm still thinking about it, but I don't know if my card making is good enough.... there are lots of big names entering.
 

The new Design Team are FANTASTIC crafters and because it is being run by the very talented Dee Dee, it has the potential to be  a very exciting challenge.
